​We, the founders created Nokins from our personal experiences. We were able to search and find unclaimed property for our families that our state was currently holding. We realized that other people SHOULD benefit from this as well. Nokins, was created while looking for the properties’ Next Of Kin, eventually becoming plural NOK-ins for other families. It has become our passion to help others acquire what is rightfully theirs.

 

We (BEST) friends Ramón & Sophia collaborated to create Nokins. We both have different attributes and skills that each one brings to Nokins with the mission of serving you.  

Sophia, an artist by nature, has a unique way of assessing problems from different views. She is kind and outgoing and genuinely enjoys helping others. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys volunteering for the community. Sophia wears many hats and balances them well. She is constantly on the move, but that is part of what makes her so interesting, constantly moving and growing. She goes above & beyond to finish the task at hand, especially when money is involved.

Ramón on the other hand has military, photography, teaching and travel backgrounds. He has been blessed with being patient, bilingual (Español) and being a citizen of sunny Calif. Some of the skills he possesses include being attentive, on top of agendas and thorough. Ramón’s attention to detail will ensure your property and claim receive the utmost importance it deserves for a speedy process.
